The November meeting was called to order at 7 p.m. by President, Carla Farris.
Members present: Amy, Walter, Brandon, Barry, Susan, Don Laski, Ginger, Rachael, Anne, Jerry, Patty, ?, Arch, Terry, Corinna, Dan, Carla & Jennifer.

There are a lot of babies. Gibbon baby – gender is still undermined. The Mom will show her baby to you.
There is a new river otter, Author.
28, 29 & 30 November is the penguin march. A great photo op, especially shooting from low on the ground. Depending on the weather, depends which penguins will be marching.
Amy shared her trip to Borneo was a trip of the lifetime. She planted 200 trees.
Walter asked how Suri is.
The zoo is getting two new capybaras – they are brothers. Will be out in a couple of weeks.
The wallaby is out of the pouch most of the time. The Australian part is best experienced toward the end of the day. The red kangaroos are by the gate, expecting their dinner.
The gorilla chat is great for getting photos of the apes as they are right by the observation deck when the chat is happening.
The Nora Leopard is a new chat per Barry. It is at 1:30 p.m.
There is a new roadrunner in the Zoo Ambassadorship. Unknown exactly what he does. The Zoo Ambassadorship show is in the auditorium.

Ideas for 2026 programs. Carla offered to members that they can email her their ideas. Jennifer commented she enjoyed the Photoshop tutorials we did this year.
Carla shared dust removal in Lightroom Classic. It’s also in ACR per Corinna.
January is when we elect new officers. And pay dues. 2026 Photo Themes:

We were asked to think of themes that we will vote on in January.
Photo Outings. Carla asked who would be interested in outings.
Several raised their hands.
Dan asked if there was interest in doing the Plaza Lights from a room at the Continental Hotel. Walter made the motion and it was seconded. This will take place the first part of January.
